Role: Lead Promotion
When to start: at the beginning of October
Estimated hours per month: 6 – 10 hours
Part of: organizational team (3-4 people)
As Lead Promotion you will be responsible for:
- Creating a timeline for marketing & communication purposes.
- Create content & design promotional material.
- Update the rest of the team.
Role: Lead Ambassador
When to start: at the beginning of October
Estimated hours per month: 6 – 10 hours
Part of: organizational team (3-4 people)
As Lead Ambassador you will be responsible for:
- Create new and creative ways of how to reach out to students.
- Communicating with professor(s).
- Update the rest of the team.
Role: Case creator
When to start: at the beginning of January
Estimated hours per month: 16 – 18 hours
Part of: Case team (3-4 people)
As Case creator you will be responsible for:
- Come up with a topic for the case.
- Brainstorm with the rest of the team about the form of the National Final.
- Decide which theme’s should be covered.
- Create the content of the case like characters, data, storyline etc.
- Align with the rest of the team (and probably the IPMA Young Crew board).
- Set up criteria.
- Create preparation material.
- Update the reset of the team.
